At Frost Buddy, we process every order within 1-2 business days to ensure your new Buddy is on its way as quickly as possible. After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days.

If you need your order sooner, select expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited delivery usually arrives within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order details. For orders over $60 within the United States, Frost Buddy covers the cost of standard shipping at no additional charge.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing an international order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time. This helps you stay updated on your Buddy’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us promptly through our store contact page. Frost Buddy will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, first check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered earlier than the actual delivery date. Should the package remain missing after a few days, contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter.
